    Hi I posted on the wrong phone thread. I'm trying to factory reset my phone but when I'm trying to do the VOL DOWN + POWER button the HTC splash logo goes up rather than the HBOOT. I forgot the password and I can't do it on the option menu. Thanks in advance!

    Hi first time here and i need help, I'm trying to reset my phone and i can't do it at all. I tried the VOL DOWN+Power button combo but when I do it correctly I get the HTC splash screen not the HBOOT. Is there a solution into this also the phone has no damages whatsoever.
