Help Phone resets when I snap my back cover on, wont turn back on without taking battery out and back in
This is a brand new phone, out of the box. I was putting the battery back in, and snapped the back cover back into place, and the phone restarted. But then instead of booting back up, and continued to try to restart until it just went black and unresponsive. As if there was no battery at...- jpizzack
