Is there a way to backup contacts once a screen is broken (completely)? I guess I'm asking if there is an app that can backup the phone from the computer.. like astro backup or something. I did not realize (not sure how I couldn't have realized but I didn't) that the "phone" contacts were not...

My contact photo's/icon's keep getting overridden by their linked Facebook photo.. i set the particular contact to a photo and in a couple of seconds their facebook photo is back as their icon.. any way to keep this from happening.. thanks.

just picked up my EVO and so far it's pretty cool. when i configured my gmail email, it automatically downloaded contacts from gmail to my phone. i don't really use gmail/google sync but those contacts were in there from when i had a palm pre i believe. anyway, i use outlook to sync contact...
