    Help My Samsung Galaxy S3 won't work

    Hi whenever I turn it on it is stuck on a screen which is a white background with grey horizontal lines. Can someone help? Is it a software issue or a hardware issue? Here is a photo of it : View image: photo Pleas get back to me thanks.
