    Help Would a local Page Plus dealer be able to flash a 4g LTE Verizon phone to Page Plus?

    Alright so I ordered a Verizon Droid Razr M off of eBay and when it arrives, I was to get it activated on Page Plus. There's a Local Page Plus Dealer, would they be able to flash the phone to Page Plus?
