i am not sure if i am posting in the right place so apologies if i'm not, but noticing that on my samsung galaxy 4 phone that my recently read e-mails section is showing e-mails that i have definitely not recently read. Have i been hacked?

Hi all My samsung galaxy 4 phone, when plugged in to the charger, tells me it is charging, the light goes on to assume it is charging, yet it will not charge. This phone is new, as is the charger and I was curious if anyone else has been having this issue and what I can do about it? Thanks.

Im wondering where to transfer these books when I plug in my phone to my computer? Ive tried just pasting them into the kindle app, but that didnt work and there doesnt seem to be a folder that supports books. Any advice is much appreciated!
