The tablet won't turn off. I hit ok then it just comes back on.... help please!:confused:

My tablet just upgraded to 4.2.2 and I am unable to enable milti-window. I am unable to check the box to enable it. It shows up in the Notification bar but it is a light green color (unlike the rest) and it does nothing when pressed. Help please!!:confused:
