    Help Email push notification &hotkeys, please help.

    Hi, Two questions that I have been desperately looking for answers to. How can I setup my hotmail to get instant (push) notifications whenever I get a new email? I looked through the settings it's either manual refresh or every 5 min. Could someone please guide me through the steps...
