    Operating Smasung captivate (SGH-I897) without sim

    Is there a way to operate this phone as a Wifi/ net phone with no phone service? I only need it to access apps and such over wifi connections. Any help is great, thanks. Recap. operating Samsung-captivate with no sim cad.
