    Help Samsung Galaxy s4 active freezing on startup

    The phone is only a month old and i have taken very good care of it but today i used it until it ran out of batteries and when i plugged it in at home it just froze on the charging screen, i have tried taking out the battery and all the simple stuff like that. I just need some advice on what to do.
