    Root [Virgin Mobile] Help with Erased OS?

    I recently rooted my VM Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G. I wanted to restore it to factory settings and accidentally deleted the entire OS. Now, when I turn it on, it's stuck on the blue 'Samsung' logo. The only things I can do when powering the phone on is to either enter Download Mode or Boot Mode...
