Is anyone else getting the "unable to install error" when trying to install the new "Voice Actions for Android" (known as Voice Search in the marketplace) when using Cyanogen-RC1? I want to be able to do these things with nothing but my voice!

Over the past two or three weeks, my Hero has constantly been syncing my contacts. It it didn't use to but now the sync icon shows up continuously every few minutes, despite the fact that I have not added and recent contacts. Has this been happening to anyone else? Thanks!
