    Root White Screen S-ON

    I just got this phone from a friend (HTC Droid Incredible) and it is stuck on the White HTC Screen. I launched the booter by holding Vol - and the power button. On the top it says "INCDREDIBLE XC SHIP S-ON" I'm trying to hook it up to my pc, but it's not showing up. Help?
