Help Change User Information on 1st Gen Tab 10.1
I have a used Samsung Galaxy 10.1 Tablet (the first model). I noticed the former owner's name and phone number are listed as "User Information" but it is grayed-out so I can't change it. Do I need to do a factory reset? Will it recognize my apps and settings if I log back on with my Google...- realgonegirl
