According to the documentation, to move an item on the screen to a new location, all I have to do is tap and hold before moving it to where I want it. I gather that I can set Camera Shortcut in my Lock Screen settings so that I can use the camera without unlocking it. However, that option doesn't seem to be available.

When the same piece is played for the ringtone and notifications, it is normal volume when I receive a call and barely audible when it's a text message or email. Any explanation, and how do I fix it?
