    Help Screen turns off during call

    Whenever my wife is using her Samsung Galaxy Centura, the screen shuts off and won't turn back on for her to hang up or use the touch buttons. Has anyone else had this problem? No, her phone isn't rooted and we never attempted to root her phone. She has had it for about a year now.
