    Help MMS are not resized properly

    When i try to send an MMS, and select a picture to attach, it is resized to around 900Kb, and then gives me an error on send. i've tried to send a small picture and it is sent ok. so, how do i configure the phone to make it resize the pic to the correct size? thanks.
