Help NOT charging PLEASE HELP
My tablet isnt charging. It only charges when its powered off but when I charge it when the tablet is on it shows an X, and i use the charger that it came from. My computer doesnt recoginze my tablet, and The Samsung Technical person its the tablet software problem...- MLGCHARLES123
