    Help Samsung Galaxy S4 mini microphone

    When I am on the phone I have to use speakerphone for anyone to hear me. You also can't hear on voice recorder nor s voice, but you can when a video is made. I don't understand. Getting really fed up with this problem. I cleaned the mic. Turned off noise reduction. What else could cause this?
