    Help Charge when navigation is on?

    Hello everybody, I Installed a few days ago copilot live on my phone (S4 MINI), If my battery is low I will trying to charge him with usb in the car, but he doesn't load the battery discharges slowly but chargeing isn't there. Thank You for your help, (Sorry if my english is bad I'm Dutch)
