    s4 charging slow?

    I downloaded Galaxy charging current lite and it says that my phone is only charging at 300 to 500 mah and maximum is 1900mah is that normal? I'm no techie but can you please help me? I'm also using the charger and the chord that comes with it .. it happened before and I went to at&t support...
