    Help alcatel one touch idol x 6040D wont resopond to anything

    I was on a movie streaming site and all of a sudden my phone froze, I restared it but it froze mid boot up, so I turned it off and on, restarted it, anything to try to get it to turn on. once it finally turned on it would just shut down randomly or freeze again, the next time I got it to boot up...
