Check your display settings, like font size, display size, on your device, since everything looks garbled and out of place. That right there could be the culprit.

Sorry for the late reply. I've used Solid explorer for a few years with no issues. However, I can't comment on all of your questions. I do use it for connecting to my home network while on my home wifi to transfer files to and from devices. Also for connecting to my Onedrive and Google Drive...
