I went from the rooted .340 to the 2-part GB and IT WAS NOT ROOTED or anything. NO SU access. NO root. Nothing. I have no clue how to get from .340 rooted to a rooted GB so I can use a ROM because frankly, GB runs HORRIBLE on my phone and I really need a ROM on it.

I don't see how people are putting these custom sliders on their phones and I don't see where it is. I have gone to add a widget and tried to put a freakin slider on it and its not even an option. Someone please walk me through this or point me to an actual walkthrough on everything.

I'm pretty techno savvy, especially when it comes to doing stuff, I just have no idea where to look as I have heard about 2-3 different ways to root, plus 1 touch rooting, and I don't understand the ROM concept (I'm guess an overlay like how BLUR is on the DX) So where do I download SDK...

So when I get my phone, should I use the initial charge up first or should I charge it up all the way and then run it down? Any help would be appreciated.
