    Help Can't share internetconnection

    I'm in Canada at the moment and I got myself a local SIM. (At home i don't have these problems) When I set up a hotspot, other devices (samsung tab II, ipad2, iphone, ipad air and laptop) can connect but internet is blocked. When I try to share over bluetooth or USB same thing happens. So...
