    2 problems. screen wont change,cant get keyboard

    htc one m8. when i tap ask google a question, she answers, screen wont go results. it stays on my home page. also go to type in a search or requires typing, the automatic google voice typing comes.i have ckecked and dont have an option keyboard. all this happened an unwanted update.pls help.
