    Phone Locking When Switching From LTE to 3G

    Hi guys and girls! So I have the keyone on Sprint and was curious if anyone else has the issue of the screen going black and coming back on the lockscreen when switching from LTE to 3G. I can't use my fingerprint to unlock the device. Have to enter my PIN.
