    Help How to force all downloads over Wi-Fi only

    Hello I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 mobile phone running Android 12 and I would like to force all apps to carry out any and all downloads over Wi-Fi only and NOT over mobile networks. Is there a single global setting that I can use to achieve this or would this be a per app setting only? Thanks
