    Help mp3 to notification

    Help! The phone (PCD) is an HTC Incredible. I have a 1 to 2 second mp3 file that I would like to drop in the text messaging notification alert window so I could set for a incoming SMS. How can this be done? All I see are ringtones not e-mail or SMS notifications Thx!
