So i made a new google account and my contacts are synced to my old google account how do i transfer my phone contacts to my new google account

So far my intercept is great but it has a few issues. Often i cant go on the internet so i have to turn on and turn off airplane mode, also sometimes the gps sometimes is off my like 10-15 miles. is there anything i can do to fix this problem
