    Help Text Messaging Problems

    Hi, I can't seem to get text messages from people who 'cc' me on something. I can see all texts that are sent directly to me, but if I am cc'd on something, then I get the notification that I have a new text, but the message is blank. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!
