Help Kitkat broke my N7. Very frequent reboots, NO WiFi.
The tablet in question is a stock, locked, unrooted 2012 Nexus 7. On turn on I get "Google" then continuous tiddily winks. if I press power, vol up and vol down together, I get to the unlock page and it will open and run normally, except I am unable to turn on wifi.
