Can i some how restore app data from my thunderbolt onto my new razr? i have the sd card into the slot but when i load up TB it detects no apps....

Is there a way to setup the background to cycle through different pictures on like a every 10seconds/minute type of deal? Or even better setup a clip from youtube/sd card to play in the background?

When i do a backup before i switch roms, should i backup everything or just the apps i want to have backed up? like the system files and htc stuff included when i do it? -Dont want to flash a new rom then restore some stuff that would slow it down ^^(new rom supposedly faster)

Been looking through all the thread here and kinda confused on what to do for this... I'm going to root but not sure what the next step is after Is "flashing" a kernel the same as a rom? Seeing all these posts of "1.5ghz OC kernel" and "1.8ghz kernel" and its confuseing me a just a tad lol...
