    Root Rooting HTC Problems

    I was following the MoDaCo Custom Rom Tutorial, and i keep getting stuck on step 3-4. It keeps telling me "Backup FAILED: Could not run command" can someone please help me with what to do from this point i cant seem to find anything i checked the firmware status and it says 1.5 if that helps thanks
