    Help HTC Sync issue

    I downloaded HTC sync, it recognized my HTC legend when I connected it, but for some reason it will only allow me to sunc my music, documents and pictures. I wanted to factory reset my phone, and I did not want to lose my contacts. Can anybody tell me why I cannot click or sync the "People" tab...
