    Anyone who got the $20 Data Discount per Line Last January...

    Check your account, it appears it has been removed from all accounts. Not sure if this is a glitch or if they ended it, according to the CSR I talked to last year there was no end date for this promotion. Confirmed with multiple people that it is no longer showing when logging into Verizon sie.

    Help My First Issue - Unresponsive Buttons

    Has anyone run into the issue where your Home, Menu, Back and Search buttons become completely unresponsive? It happened for about 5 minutes to me yesterday, and after 3 reboots they just started to work. Now today, it has been 20 minutes, I did 3 reboots, still nothing, pulled the battery...
