    Help Complete shut off -- nothing

    On hold with Verizon right now - but figured I would ask the question. Went to bed last night with 80% charge. Woke up this morning to absolutely nothing. Power button does nothing, charging it does nothing. Anyone heard of an issue like this before? Assuming its the battery ??

    Help Clear Data/Cache not working Google Maps

    Tried everything I know to clear the search history for google maps and nothing is working. Cleared Data/Cache, uninstalled latest updates, etc. Still there. Any help? Thanks.

    Help Keyboard freezing while texting
