Help Did factory reset on Incredible with no service! Help!
All- I have an HTC Incredible and did a factory reset. And since I'm in a different country with my plan on hold, i can't get past the "Activation" on page 2 after rebooting my phone (hence I have absolutely no service) where it's trying to dial *228.
