    Root Lagging instant message delivery.

    I get like 2 mins to an hour late message from an instant messenger. I asked my friend if her message is also lagging, and she said hers is fine. I am on Harmonia rom, but it was like this when I was on unrooted stock rom. What could be the problem? Or is this phone itself?
