    Help Camera Controls, PICS, Videos are Upside Down

    I had 2nd level support remote into my phone this morning and verify that all of the camera controls as well as pictures and videos are upside down (and yes I'm hold the phone correctly). Not sure if its related but my keyboard is also not auto-rotating. I'm waiting for a developer to call me...

    Data Outage or Bad Update

    I made the mistake of updating my phone as soon as I picked it up this morning without paying attention to it's data state, but now I don't have data services at all. And now that I'm at work there's another update.
