I got the Sprint prepaid S5 for $299 on an Amazon lightning deal and on a whim I ran the MEID through the Ringplus BOYD MEID checker and it said it was good to go. I swapped my old Ringplus phone to the new S5, updated the PRL and Profile and everything works.
Here is the S5 on Amazon...

I have flashed the above tot file using this...
I'm about to give up on this phone and this is a last ditch effort to get it into NV Edit mode using LGNPST. I have tried all the versions of LGNPST from 1.2 to 2.2.3 and every Windows version from XP pro to Windows 8. I'm using LGNPST_LG860.dll.
When clicking Phone Setting and entering the...
It took me a little while to find a way to pull the MSL code from my Sprint LG Mach but I finally did it. Here is a tutorial:
Download and install alogcat: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.jtb.alogcat&hl=en
Open alogcat and filter for: LG_SVC_CMD
Open your dialer and dial...
I have compiled the kernel for my new LG Mach and then I figured I'd try to compile the overclock module from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1665470
The kernel module loads and works but I have not found the right combination of clock speed and voltage to get a stable...
I made zips for myself to root and unroot the new TU 2.3.6 stock GB and I was not going to release them but I have decided that they might help other developers so here they are:
tu_root_ - Minus
tu_boost_unroot_ - Minus

This ^^^ Sprint unroot zip is untested.

Using this partition: /dev/block/mmcblk0p8 to flash a kernel in CWM will brick your Samsung Transform Ultra.
You have been warned. This edify command bricked my TU:
package_extract_file("boot.img", "/dev/block/mmcblk0p8");
And using flash_image in CWM with /dev/block/mmcblk0p8 is just as...
How-To:
I am not an expert at flashing a phone using download mode and I am not responsible for anything you do to your phone with this information.
I like flashing my phone one step at a time and verifying the results before proceeding so this how-to is structured with this in mind. Note: MS...
We have a theory as to why the Ultra CM recovery only lasts 2 minutes. It's a theory that the baseband firmware looks for CIQ and if it is not found, reboots the phone. We need to somehow confirm this. Anyone here know how we can confirm this?
Edit: We know that on the VM Intercept that if CIQ...

Then I intend to personally never buy another Samsung product until this is fixed.
Change /system/build.prop:
ro.build.version.sdk=10
to:
ro.build.version.sdk=15
Copy this Development - Minus
to: /system/app
Go to Pointer Location and touch for a while and you will see the Ultra touchscreen bug.
I have seen this bug someplace before.....it's the right side...
