Root Notification's Shade Customizations?
Is there any way to customize the look/feel/behavior of the notifications shade in 2.3? I'm specifically looking to have it so the notifications are in this layer that appears to be behind the screen and when you pull it down, the home screen/app you are currently useing getd pulled down...- jasonjackson
