    Root replacing rooted evo w/ new evo question

    I have a rooted EVO that I dropped...twice. So I bought a new (used) EVO...do I need to root the new phone now, or will it transfer with the card? (sorry if that's a newbie question, it's been a long day) Any help is appreciated. -M
