Help Says connected to wifi, but isn't
Hi: Had this phone three weeks (first smartphone). The last several days, I go to browser and get "web page not available" or to Voice Search and get "Connection problem," but wifi settings show I'm connected to (home) wifi and signal strength=excellent. The 3G/4G icon is not displayed. FWIW...- sjoy
