How do I know if the Avail is charging? I've been having trouble with my phone and am trying to determine if it is the battery or the charger jack. I just put a brand new, uncharged battery in. At first, an animation of a battery charging showed up on the screen, but after about 10 seconds...

My avail got stuck in the boot loop. Tried turning off and on, taking out battery, etc. Now it's just dead. Won't turn on, won't charge, nothing. Any ideas?

This is my first smart phone. I love almost everything about it. But some of the simplest things are frustrating me, and the documentation provided isn't much help. I have a number of contacts that only have phone #s. Now I'd like to go back and edit some of those to add email addresses...
