    Help Pls help, can't enable incoming calls

    Hi, I purchased a Galaxy GT-S6102 a couple of days ago and I'm not able to answer to incoming calls. The phone rings, on display green and red icon are shown but no resault by touching any of them. Is there any hidden setting I can' find or is it a faulty phone? Thank for helping.
