I picked up this tablet off of Ebay and basically found nothing in it. My guess is that Google Play is out, but how do I get any apps into it? I do have google in it, but that's about all that I found. Where do I go and what do I do? And yes, I feel a bit jipped!

Just as the title suggests, after some use, my wifi on my tablet stopped working, when I try to turn it on in settings, it says "Turning Wi-Fi on..." and just sits there. I'm really confused.
