google pixel 8

several times I have noticed a java error displayed for a few moments near the bottom of my phone shortly after a reboot. I believe it was a java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError error what could be causing such an issue on a new phone ?

I just got a brand new google pixel 8 phone today. Although it is an android phone it does not act and work like my last android phone. Where can I download a detailed user manual ? Google searching has not turned up anything usefull
