    Software downdate please

    I found that the Motorola G Play (2021) has 2;versions of software update, and 1 claims to have more than 1 gb of supposedly unremovable user data. At least the clear storage option is gray. Hiw do I remove the data? How do I uninstall or downgrade this thing? The 3 vertical miracle dots are...
