huawei m835

My husband cracked the screen on his Huawei M835, worked fine until recently now it won't allow you to slide the bar to unlock the phone, I'm switching him to a backup phone however would like to retrieve the contacts from the phone. Please help, wondering if maybe there is some way to do this...

Hello im new to this smart phone process im trying to root my phone so I can delete some apps and bloatware I have the huawei m835 I got the superuser app and the rom installed and then I got a root checker it said im not rooted and my su is outdated so I got the su app it said it cant install...

how do u jailbreak a huawei m835...or do i need to if my phones already rooted and and I don't know what to do with my rooted phone because I don't see no difference or settings between a rooted and non rooted phone

hey I factory resetted my m835 now my superuser will not work I try searching to make sure i am still rooted and everything freezes bc superuser wont give permissions to root u have any clue how i can fix this?
